A Local Small Batch Bourbon

We’ve taken a traditional, straight bourbon whiskey and finished it with charred and toasted pecan wood to create a unique flavor designed to celebrate the spirit and flavors of the Gulf Coast.

Batch 001(SOLD OUT) - 21% rye, aged for 4 years and bottled at 90 proof. 4 Barrels Bottled in September 2022.
Batch 002(SOLD OUT) - 24% rye, 3 1/2 year aged and bottled at 90 proof. 6 Barrels bottled December 2022.
Batch 003(SOLD OUT) - This offering will be back to our batch 1 mash bill (21% rye) and are bottling throughout May 2023.
Batch 004 (SOLD OUT) - A Texas bourbon! Using our original mashbill at 21% rye, this Texas distillate is over 5 years old and was released in late 2023. We will have a few barrels available if you would like your own private select barrel!
Batch 005 (IN STORES NOW) - Another release of the Texas distillate - just a little older and smoother - released in fall 2025.

Jubilee Release 001 (SOLD OUT) - Barrel Strength - Single barrel bottled at 114 proof bottled December 2022.
Jubilee Release 002 (SOLD OUT) - Barrel Strength - 21% Rye, single barrel, 118 proof bottled in May 2023, released June 1, 2023

Jubilee Release 004 (SOLD OUT) - Honey Cask - 21% Rye, single barrel, 86 proof. This one was a hit at Bourbonham! Only 264 bottles available. A local honey farm used one of our barrels to age their honey for 90 days and it was then backfilled with the bourbon from the original barrel and became our first Honey Cask release - no artificial flavors or colors - just real, natural, and local honey!
Jubilee Release 005(IN STORES NOW) - Barrel Strength - 21% Rye, single barrel, 121 proof - this bottle is from our Batch 4 Texas bourbon!
