Barrel Program (Batch 4)
How would you like to have your OWN BARREL of bourbon?
We have a few barrels available if you would like to have your own barrel from our current production - Batch 4. This batch will comes from a Texas distillery and was barreled at 120 proof in July 2018. It is made from a mashbill that is 75% corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley. This is a very similar profile to our Batch 1 offering. We can provide samples at various proof levels so you can tailor it to your preference. At 90 Proof, we expect to be able to product 260 bottles, or right around 43 cases. We plan on bottling this batch in mid November 2023 but you can elect to age the bourbon longer if you would like, and we can bottle it when you are ready!
The label will be customized for you as part of this process and we can even laser etch the corks!
